Ben Manis accompanied Jimmy Hodges, RSI's founder, on the first project to Nairobi, Kenya in 1986. In 1989 Ben felt called to leave the business world of electronics, oil and gas. He became an ordained minister and joined the staff of RSI. Ben's wife, Linda, serves the ministry as a Volunteer Coordinator on various projects.

In 1997 Dustin Manis left a career in sales to join in full-time service with RSI. Dustin's educational background, with a B.A. in Organizational Communication and a M.A. in Philanthropy and Development, gave him the needed organizational and developmental skills to lead Reaching Souls International as it's CEO. Dustin and his wife, Mischelle, have four children.

Ministry Emphasis	Proclaiming the Gospel to emerging nations by loving, reaching, training, equipping and multiplying the laborers
Answered Prayer	Thousands of salvation decisions, hundreds of African and Indian pastors trained and equipped, hundreds of churches started, and hundreds of orphans placed in church member's homes this year. 3,892 salvations as a result of the three days of open air meetings by 230 pastors and 83 women during the Mombasa, Kenya Leadership Institute. Praise that 111 more national African missionaries will be added to receive support Praise that 200 more national pastors have been interviewed and qualified to receive support.
Service Opportunities	Join members of Frisco Bible Church as they travel to Africa to teach and train African pastors, their wives and church leaders in Biblical studies and evangelism
Prayer Requests	Prayer for continued blessing on the ministry as pastors are trained, churches planted and souls brought to Christ Prayer for funds to add more national pastors and orphans Prayer for the local churches in Mombasa, Kenya as they disciple the new Christians from the open air meetings Pray that funds will be received the support the 200 pastors that have been interviewed and qualified as national missionaries Pray that God will provide funds to the ministry as it ends 2009 with a shortfall in the projected budget Pray for the two trips to Africa in 2010 that many souls would come to Christ
Financial Support	Support a national pastor or orphan Buy bicycles needed as transportation for pastors to spread the Gospel to neighboring villages
