Michael Kyomya attained a M.A. of Divinity at Nairobi International School of Theology. He attained a M.A. in Sacred Theology and a Th.D. from Dallas Theological Seminary. He served as the first African academic Dean of the Nairobi International School of Theology in Kenya for several years before returning to Uganda in 1996. Michael is a Bishop with the Anglican Church of Uganda.

He serves with his wife, Florence, who began the Noble Women of Impact ministry in 1995. The goal of this ministry is to help women build self esteem and confidence through a Christ-centered life.

  • Ministering to the widows, elderly, orphans and families of Uganda
  • The ministry has conducted 10 evangelistic outreach programs with a total of 61,685 people being exposed to the Gospel and 23,292 giving their lives to Christ
  • Through the Hesed Extension Program Florence was able to speak to 500 at the Family Life Seminar in Mbale, 5 churches were planted in Kenya, Rwanda and Burundi, three orphanages were established in Kenya and a discipleship series for 190 brethern in Kenya was facilitated
  • Hesed conducted a three week-long evangelism and socio-economic outreach to the indigeneous people of Karamoja
  • Three church leadership development programs have been held this year with a total of 195 church leaders being trained
  • Through high school ministries, 6,420 youth were exposed to the Gospel with 464 giving their lives to Christ
  • The widows, elderly and orphans are receiving humanitarian and spiritual healing
  • Pastors and church leadership have been trained and the ministry is growing
  • Praise that on September 30, 2009 the new facility will be ready to begin use for services of the ministry

  • Pray for continued humanitarian and spiritual assistance needed for the widows, the elderly and orphans in Uganda as they face drought and famine
  • Pray for Mother's Union which supports and assists the women of Uganda with various issues
  • Pray for the Women's House Project as it seeks to purchase and renovate a house and complex that will be used as a resource to enable women to acquire skills to
  • meet their socio-economic needs and will also house guests.
  • Pray for the pastors as they are trained and go throughout Uganda planting churches and spreading the Gospel
  • Pray for continued financial support for the ministry
  • Pray for the safety of all outreach members as they plant churches and disciple new believers in Karamoja
  • Prayer for the continued discipleship of 103 brethren residing in five parishes and attending 10 different churches
  • Pray for the church staff as they face physical,emotional and financial challenges
  • Pray for the recruitment of volunteers to assist in the ministry
  • Pray for the next phase of the building project as a new training center is constructed
  • Pray for the funds to purchase a reliable vehicle for the ministry
  • Pray for Florence as she is struggling with paresis, a complication caused by diabetes
